How to register?

1. Submit brochure

• Fill up the form in the brochure and make payment at the registration counters situated at World Revival Prayer Fellowship,  #04-13 Cafetaria
• Opening hours: Every Sunday, 12pm – 1pm

2. SMS

• If you do not have the brochure, SMS “Urbane”space”Name”space”Email”space”DOB” to 81001268.
• Payment: Please make SGD$10 cheque payable to “World Revival Prayer Fellowship”
• At the back of the cheque, please state your NAME, EMAIL, DOB, HP.
• 7 working days will applied to process your registration. An email confirmation will be sent on the receipt of your registration fees. Contact Jasmine: 81001268 if you do not receive an email confirmation
